Every phase of Valentijn Destoops life was a step in the direction of becoming a better designer, starting with the admiration of his father's sculptural work. The combination of strong design, focus on quality and hunger for technology provided him a name as a talented designer and interactive director by winning several national and international awards. Valentijns presentation will be about digital value creation. 3.Kathryn Rotondo (Freelance Interactive Designer/developer, DE) Kathryn is a designer/developer for web, mobile and motion. She honed her craft at a large interactive agency (Schematic) and a small startup (litl) and has taught in RISD Continuing Education and Harvard Extension School. She is a speaker at many international events and is co-author of Adobe AIR in Action. She is passionate about encouraging women developers. She curates Equalitism, a linkblog about gender in software development and beyond, and contribute at Ask Ada. She lives & works in Tübingen, Germany.
